Her career in audio/visual communications started at age 17 when she was hired as a Top 40 DJ in her home town, Bryan, Texas. Her name appears on movies such as Evening Star, Ace Ventura II, and The Newton Boys. Her work has been aired on PBS, HGTV, Discovery Channel. She currently lives just outside Austin, Texas.

Carol Davis owns and operates BlissWood Bed & Breakfast and raises South American Paso Fino horses, American Bison and miniature donkeys at her Lehmann Legacy Ranch in Cat Spring, Texas. She opened Carol's at Cat Spring Restaurant in April of 2003, a country establishment with fine dining in the lodge tradition that turns out dishes from country fare to continental cuisine.
In addition she owns a court reporting company, Reporting, Records & Video, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas. She is also involved in many charities.
